A training session on Maker Education was held.
During the training conducted by experts from Robisz.to as part of the project 'Maker Movement Establishing in BiH and Strengthening in the Visegrad Region, 2021 – 2022,' supported by the Visegrad Foundation, models, objectives, and principles of maker education were presented. Participants gained knowledge about different learning approaches such as horizontal and team-based approaches, 'Learn, make, share' as guiding principles for all makerspaces, as well as logistics, costs, etc., when organizing educational events in maker culture.
Maker education should also support the growth of participants' integrity and the formation of their independence, as well as promote and develop interaction among them regardless of their prior knowledge and experiences.
