Economic Olympiad 2025: Empowering Youth Through Knowledge and Innovation

On June 25, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina hosted the national finals of the 5th Economic Olympiad, a flagship event celebrating the brightest young minds from across the country. After intense written and oral rounds, finalists demonstrated not only economic literacy but also strategic thinking and real-world problem-solving.

Top honors went to Muris Čerkez, Emina Hodžić, and Annur Mešić, whose outstanding results and the tireless work of their teachers prove the transformative power of education.

The Economic Olympiad 2025, organized by The Liberal Forum with support from the Association Digital Fabrication Laboratory (FabLab BiH), aims to promote economic literacy and innovation among youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Going beyond competition, it encourages green and digital innovation, fosters critical economic thinking, connects students with mentors and institutions, and bridges education with entrepreneurship proving that knowledge is the key to a sustainable future.
